Account deletion
Delete your account and data
You can ask us to permanently delete your CRM Master account and everything associated with it. This page explains how to request it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Account deletion request.
Include your registered email, and your phone number or workspace name if you know them. We use these only to locate the right account — sending from the registered address is what verifies the request is yours.
Open Settings → Account and use the account options there, or email us using the address above. Either route reaches the same team.
You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need to be able to sign in, to make this request.
What gets deleted
- Your user account, name, email address and profile photo
- Leads you own, including names, phone numbers and email addresses
- Call logs, call recordings and AI transcripts linked to your workspace
- Tasks, notes, activity timeline entries and campaign membership
- WhatsApp and in-app message history
- Device push-notification tokens
If you are the only member of a workspace, the workspace and all of its records are deleted with your account. If your workspace has other members, records they own remain theirs — contact us and we will confirm exactly what will be removed before proceeding.
What we keep, and why
Invoices and payment records
Kept where Indian tax and accounting law requires it, typically 8 years. These contain billing details, not lead data.
Aggregated, anonymised usage counts
Cannot be traced back to you or your leads, and are not deleted.
Backups
Purged on their own rolling schedule, within 30 days of your request.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Your account and all personal data and lead records associated with it are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, including copies held in backups.
Call recordings hosted by our telephony provider, CallerDesk, are removed on their own retention schedule. We ask them to delete yours as part of the same request.
